As an exhibitor of AG CONNECT 2013, you agree to all the Exhibit Display Rules & Regulations as stated below, in the show rules and regulations or included on your Exhibit Space Application and Contract.

Rule changes from 2011

Please be aware the following rules have changed since the 2011 show.

Exhibit Design & Use of Exhibit Space
Standard inline and corner exhibits with a depth of 20-feet or less have a 5-foot setback rule for materials and machinery above 4-feet in height for solid object.

Exhibit Stand Height Regulations

  • Corner exhibits with a depth less than 20-feet have a height limit of 10-feet.
  • All machinery must be set back at least 6 inches from all aisle ways in all exhibits regardless of the configuration.
  • Peninsula Exhibits – a plain finished back wall is required and company identification and/or graphics are not allowed on walls facing the neighboring exhibit.

Closing Exhibit Stands Early
Any exhibitor who begins to dismantle or pack part of their exhibit before the close of the show will their priority number in the 2015 show or lose exhibiting privileges in the 2015 show.

Highlights of KCCC Regulations

Floor Load Limits
Show staff and GES, the show's general contractor will work with you on the placement of your equipment in your exhibit to ensure there are no issues with the load limits.

Exhibit Hall Floor Load Limit
Hall A 300 pounds per SF
Hall B 200 pounds per SF
Hall C 150 pounds per SF
Hall D 150 pounds per SF
Hall E 300 pounds per SF

Fire Code Regulations

  • Exhibits with covered or double deck structures need to submit plans to Show Management and KCCC for approval.
  • Equipment can have no more than 5 gallons of fuel or ¼ of a tank, whichever is less.
